<p>Petlas Elegant PT311 is a summer touring tire designed for comfort and good traction on dry and wet roads. The three circumferential tread blocks provide stability and work with the wide grooves, that move water away from the tire quickly, for extra traction. The notched tread creates biting edges and the curved grooves and sipes work together for grip. The outer shoulder treads have grooves reaching the outside of the tire and 90 degree smaller grooved for grip, and to keep the tire cool. </p>
