Hammer Braid Line utilizes a proprietary process where the individual fibers are pretreated prior to the braiding process to maximize the lines’ overall strength while decreasing the diameter. The diameter is smaller than similar 4-carrier braids in the same pound test. The pre-treating process increases the line knot strength up to 20% over standard 4-carrier braids.
